Suraj Pandit's entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 with a simple observation — Indian business owners were stuck running operations instead of designing them. Most teams were built around the founder; if the founder stepped away for a week, revenue stopped. He set out to change that. In 2019, after years of hands-on consulting and product-building, he formally incorporated Givni Private Limited as the operating company for that mission.

Over the next 12 years he has personally guided 10+ companies from day-one structure to crore-rupee revenue — including real-estate developers, software product startups, MLM platforms, BPO units, college-management systems, and e-commerce sellers.
